Very kind, respectful, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Very disappointed with this office. I was told and confirmed that my child’s appointment was scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM. I rearranged all my plans and even arranged for my child to be picked up early from school. After making this appointment three weeks in advance, I was suddenly called and told that the appointment was actually scheduled for Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of communication and organization. I will not be returning to this office. I hope other parents are aware of this... read more
Dr. Caroline Basta is kind, patient, and takes the time she needs to truly understand your experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an allergist for themselves or their child.
Wanted to like this place, as it offers OIT, but after a year here, I have only been disappointed time and time again.. front desk staff is rude, always have to call multiple times to follow up on a simple ask such as school forms, been cancelled on 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment, billing department agrees to an OOP rate only to change their minds 2 hours later. And the worst part is- we pay good money for “medical supervision” during each OIT updose. But the doctor/NP NEVER once checks in during the hour-long wait... read more
My daughter has an anaphylactic milk allergy, and is on her fourth dose of immunotherapy and has had no issues. I'm so excited for her to be free of anaphylaxis and this allergy group has been wonderful! I highly recommend
