Staff was friendly. Waiting room was packed but I was called back on time. Dr. Vora listened to my story patiently and knew what was wrong immediately. I had a procedure done, and follow up scheduled and was out the door within an hour. Great experience.
My family has been coming here for years. First with my son, when he was little with Dr. Ripp and most recently with my mother-in-law with Dr. Anderson and Dr. Graham. We have had a wonderful experience every time we have come. I typically have to call the front desk several times if you have an elderly parent, you know how that goes. I was dreading calling back to make an appointment. Sarah answers and was delightful. That’s all people want when they are Miserable. Relief and a nice voice on the other end of the phone when trying to see the doctors. Allergies SUCK & rude people working in the office doesn’t help. …. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Wibel today. I took my 4 year old son to see him for an ear issue. Dr. Wibel had phenomenal bedside manner, he was so kind and fun in his interaction with my son. I loved that he asked my son questions and waited for his responses. He was so generous with his time. He did not rush us, he took time to read a paper I brought with the key moments of my sons ear issues written down.
