I was dreading calling back to make an appointment. Sarah answers and was delightful. That’s all people want when they are Miserable. Relief and a nice voice on the other end of the phone when trying to see the doctors. Allergies SUCK & rude people working in the office doesn’t help. …. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Wibel today. I took my 4 year old son to see him for an ear issue. Dr. Wibel had phenomenal bedside manner, he was so kind and fun in his interaction with my son. I loved that he asked my son questions and waited for his responses. He was so generous with his time. He did not rush us, he took time to read a paper I brought with the key moments of my sons ear issues written down. Dr Graham is great. Whoever just answered the phone is RUDE!!! I WAS TRYING TO SCHEDULE SURGERY. Maybe I should go to Dr Grahams Greenville office 45 mins away.
