I was having a pain in my throat and eating was becoming difficult. The earliest they could see me was four days out. I did my patient check in online beforehand, arrived and checked in at 9:30am for my appointment at 10am. Finally at 10:45 I ask the receptionist how much longer it will be and she said the doctor had to perform an emergency surgery this morning and he is just now getting back, and there were still other patients in front of me.
