Did not wait long to move from their lobby to the hearing test booth. The tech doing the hearing test was very competent and helpful. Then, I immediately saw Dr Frank - no wait. After evaluating my hearing test, he said I didn't have to continue seeing him yearly, as I have been. So, I made a 2 yr appt. Impressive advice!
