The Physicians and the clinicians are great. The ladies who give the shot and the physician are very empathetic and treatment is good. The 2 stars are for patient experience with the front office staff. This is btw allergy for a minor child. The front office staff has the worst patient experience. They don’t communicate about the billing on time and then when you ask them about it, they rudely respond or don’t give clear answers. Update 4/7/25- Billing dept. is questionable. I’ve suspected issues with billing in the past but have never had time or energy to look over it all. I was called after my shot a couple months ago now where they claimed that I had an outstanding balance. I told them that I am sure I paid when I had that appointment and said I would have to look back at my accounts to confirm. They told me they would have to put my shots on a block/hold. Dr. Kancherla is by far the most caring doctor I've seen. He truly cares about your well being with the utmost respect. Highly recommend him.
