I came for my shots and wasn't feeling very well. After 1.5 hours, I had to go out and get something to eat and just step out. When I came back after 30 mins, a girl from the front desk called me and educated me about how leaving the building was against medical advice. I wasn’t aware about it but I get it, it was a mistake on my part. But did she really have to do it so loudly that everyone in the waiting area could hear? Dr. Kancherla at Fulshear location is my Dr. He takes his time and listens and genuinely cares for his patients. His new FNP Oluwatosin Balogun is great as well. I had great experience with both .

Finally getting to fixing these reviews around for Dr. K VS. the AENT business. Dr. K is a good doctor; he helped turn my health around and even explained honestly how I should have been referred to an allergist/immunologist prior to an ENT/surgery considering my medical history. Turned out I had an immune deficiency. I do wish the good doctors at this clinic could help turn the business practices around, but it is probably out of their control. The Physicians and the clinicians are great. The ladies who give the shot and the physician are very empathetic and treatment is good. The 2 stars are for patient experience with the front office staff. This is btw allergy for a minor child. The front office staff has the worst patient experience. They don’t communicate about the billing on time and then when you ask them about it, they rudely respond or don’t give clear answers. Update 4/7/25- Billing dept. is questionable. I’ve suspected issues with billing in the past but have never had time or energy to look over it all. I was called after my shot a couple months ago now where they claimed that I had an outstanding balance. I told them that I am sure I paid when I had that appointment and said I would have to look back at my accounts to confirm. They told me they would have to put my shots on a block/hold.
