Update 1/3/24- I will say that most AENT staff have been pleasant to work/communicate with over these 2 years. The allergy shots and immunity boost has helped turn my health around - thank you Dr. K. A couple of the nurses I’ve seen have administered pain free shots, but I’ve been told that it is the solution that causes pain so maybe it’s not based on administration of shots. Dr Kancherla is great- when you can get him. The office team, appointment system and office communication leaves a lot to be desired. Two of my three last scheduled appointments with him have ended up being with a PA. And their office phone/ appointment system is terrible. Expect at least a 15-minute on-hold wait to either be disconnected or transferred to a mailbox that is full. They say the injection process is quick and easy, but it’s not.
