I've been a patient with the practice since the early '80s, first at the Fannin location and for over 30 years in Clear Lake. My experience has always been positive and treatment exceptional. The entire staff at the Clear Lake office is top notch.
Dr Bernardsky was very accomidating to my claustrophobia. she helped make a stressful experience manageable.

Wait times are too long to see a provider (nurse or doctor visit) it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour just in the waiting area. This is a norm unfortunately. Please don't schedule multiple people for one time alot. Getting allergy shots isn't a problem but seeing a provider takes forever. Overall, the practice is good but please improve the waiting times.
Love Dr. Kelsey she is good at what she do had a great experience have been to several different allergy clinics and has been the best one so far and tells you exactly what's going to be done in the cost no surprise.
