My experience was disappointing. Unless you have money to pay this office upfront, you can expect to loose your office visit copay for an unproductive appointment. You’ll leave there the exact same way you walked in…unaware of what’s really happening to you health wise and feeling hopeless. I didnt feel like they treated the root causes of my asthma. A few tests with a consultation that was brief and dismissive. Did allergy testing only to suggest allergy shots. Went to a Kelsey Sybold doctor for my symptoms and was provided a more detailed action plan and told that allergy shots might not work on all individuals. The Medical Assistants are super disorganized and inexperienced. There was missing information on my chart and they're not sterile. Great staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. The doctor, Nurse Practioner, nurses, and office staff are very good about answering questions and never rush through my appointment. I've been treated for allergies, asthma, skin rashes, respiratory and sinus infections. I've been taking allergy shots for several years and had great results. I've had chronic ear infections in my right ear my entire life and had ear tubes placed when I was fourteen. They naturally fell out when I was 19, in January 2020. In February 2020, I inquired about getting the ear tubes replaced here at Allergy & ENT Associates due to how close it was to my house. I thought it couldn't be a bad place—look at the great reviews!
