Called the office to change to an earlier time and was told that had an early slot available. Apparently, it was not changed. Not happy with the person who provided incorrect information. It is frustrating to deal with incompetent people. This place is getting more and more annoying. When in to get my lab results. My appointment was at 4:45 and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. Dr. Carmen Gonzalez explained everything well. From front desk, the medical assistant and to the doctor everything was excellent service!! Would recommend.
