We arrived at 4:42 PM today for my son's and I allergy shot appointment. Despite the office's website clearly stating they close at 5:00 PM, staff refused to see us because it was after 4:30 PM. When we tried calling ahead to confirm they could still accommodate us — since we were traveling from an appointment in Houston — no one answered the phone.
