Wow just wow. Dr Q the Hispanic doctor rude to not only his staff but patients. Rushes over every concern this is my third time seeing him and yeah same out come. Does staff and him not know walls are thin? The way he talks to them condescending then i hear the nurses talking about how they want to quit due to him. Poor souls. Not going back will be filing an official complaint. No doctor should feel he has that much authority due to a degree. However not shocking from what I hear he even makes their manager feel that way. I had an appointment with Dr. Mai on Monday, was told I had a lung infection. He said he was going to send in antibiotics. It is now Thursday and I have yet to receive antibiotics. He sent in a prescription that no pharmacy has. The pharmacist has called 3 times and I have called twice. They have yet to fix this. But they did say to come back if it gets worse because then it could be pneumonia!
Dr. Mai is the worst doctor in the area. I was 5'1" and 150lbs when we met- a bit overweight, but he kept insisting that my breathing problems were due to my weight, anxiety, underlying allergies, time of the year, or what I had to eat that day...it was beyond ridiculous how hard this guy tried to get me out of his office. I fought for him to do a simple physical exam and he suddenly had a different attitude.
