Liz C. and Lauren always greets me with a friendly smile and welcoming disposition. They both have always assisted me with any check-in , check-out or registration process with courtesy and kindness. They are definitely in the right spot to greet all the patients, professionally and friendly.
Liz C went above and beyond to help me understand my billing and get everything straightened out for me. She is always so friendly, helpful and nice when I come in! A great asset to the team!
I came frustrated with the reoccurring issues I have had. I just needed answers and guidance. Instead I walked away feeling like my own personal research was more efficient than the care I received. I am a self pay patient and it took a lot for me to be willing to seek help. I left just as helpless as I was when I got there. The co-pay was so expensive and I didn’t even receive anything for that amount of money. I wish I could get a refund for the fact that they didn’t help me with my ENT needs.
