I had an excellent experience thanks to the front desk. Lizabeth Chavez was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Great customer service makes such a difference, and this person truly went above and beyond. Dr. Odom and her assistant Laura went above to help me with everything I needed. Highly recommend!
This is the worst office I have ever been to. They dont communicate honestly and have been playing games with my elderly father in law for a week.
Liz Chavez was phenomenal in assisting me after starting at Dr. Burke's and learned I'd have an out of pocket expense of near $800 for allergy testing. Looking forward to my appt w/Dr. Avila
