Trying to get someone to call you back or schedule a follow up appointment as an existing patient has been impossible. I’ve left two voicemails and can only get a person on the line if I select “New Patient” when calling. Just for them to tell me they cannot assist and transfer to another line that doesn’t answer and sends me to voicemail. Way to value existing patients.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this establishment. After several visits they were unable to determine the root cause of my son's allergies. The doctors were OK, but the business is set up to gouge you with multiple visits without providing any meaningful Healthcare service. Communication from the assistant team was poor, no willingness to try to ccommodate our schedule, not sending in all the prescriptions for pickup, and being borderline rude with our requests to be flexible. I’ve been a patient of Allergy and ENT. For several years now. Staff is always nice and friendly. My most recent encounter was with Liz at the front desk. I had an issue with a prescription she went above and beyond. She was very attentive and prompt. And got me taken care of. Thank You Liz
Dr Odom and Laura were very patient when explaining how to use my new hearing aids. Laura took her time to teach me how to insert them in my ears.
