Cannot ever get anyone to anyone the phone at the town center location. Been trying several days a week for two weeks with no luck. Typing this as I’m waiting on hold again. 20 minute wait only to be sent to a voicemail. Not cool.
I have a good doctor but the receptionists don’t talk or welcome you. This is the second time this has happened and when I went to make a follow up appointment the girls were sitting and talking and laughing and completely ignored me for a few minutes and they had just gotten in trouble for it prior to me being up there. Had symptoms for almost 2 years that were ruining my life and got no help from primary care. I went to another ENT & Associates around Spring/Cypress area and the doctor suggested allergy scratch testing. When everything came back negative I didnt get a resolution from them and continued to suffer. Finally I came back to ENT awhile later at this location and Dr.Quintero, in 10 minutes maybe, had me do a head scan and saw that I had a bad sinus infection for a long time.
