I am very disappointed with my experience at Allergy and ENT Associates. Initially, the staff was attentive and responsive while I was becoming a new patient. However, once I was established as a customer, the level of service declined significantly. Today, I spent approximately four hours trying to reach someone regarding a prescription issue that needed to be corrected.
