Front office staff was amazing !!! I have to give them that! Gloria I believe was her name went above and beyond to get me seen that same day due to some stuff going on. That’s where my great experience ends. The PA was very discouraging on me wanting to get allergy tested. Kept stating it’s useless & it’s 90% always false. Literally kept telling me not to do it and it won’t give me answers. Idk I was very disappointed and left so upset because my GI Dr is wanting them to do testing for my EOE but this PA was just not suppor... read more
One of the worst practice I have ever encountered. My dad was scheduled to see a Audiologist for his hearing aid. The office called insurance & were told that the hearing aid is NOT covered. This was NEVER communicated to us & we were still asked to come & see the audiologist for fitting & other settings of hearing aid. The only reason they asked us to come is that they can bill us for a visit. They knew that we won't be paying out of pocket for the hearing aid. Good doctor, very poor appointment making staff! Never should have gone to see this MD who specializes in nose not ears!!!! Wasted 4 n 1/2 hours driving and gas!!! Very Unhappy Customer
