My family and I have been seeing Dr Duyen Nguyen for over 4yrs now. She’s always pleasant and ready to listen to your symptoms. She explains medical terminology eloquently and easy to follow.
Our entire family sees Dr. Nguyen for severe allergies and sinus problems. To say we are a complicated pack is an understatement but Dr. Nguyen has managed to get us functional again. It’s just short of a miracle. She takes her time with us explaining everything, even using graphs and drawing things for us. She’s super detailed and has a great grasp of all our needs. So glad we found her.
Amazing clinic and amazing doctors!!
While Dr. Z is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, my experience was overshadowed by the issues at the front desk, particularly the poor attitudes. Today, I had a scheduled appointment for allergy testing and paid my $45.00 co-pay. Later, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $300.00 out of pocket for the testing. Waste of $60 co-pay. Won’t be coming back for testing. It really is too bad because Mackenzie was so incredibly sweet but that front desk is a complete frustration.
