Dr Nguyen is amazing!
This has been one of the most unprofessional and unreliable medical practices I have dealt with. My son receives allergy shots on a specific schedule, so timely and consistent administration is an important part of his treatment. At our most recent visit, the office could not locate his allergy vial. We waited approximately 40 minutes before anyone finally explained what was causing the delay. Terrible service from the girl that gives shots. Refused to give shot when i was there exactly at 230pm on Friday. Today, Monday she's late and doesn't seem to care.
