The office staff is absolutely horrible. I had the extreme displeasure of talking to a totally incompetent woman named Brenda who was completely unhelpful. It seems she is not suited to her job of responding to simple questions over the phone and needs 2-3 days to enter a word into the computer.

Dr. Cohen did the tubes in my ears and all went well. Then 2 years later I experienced discomfort and ringing in my ears. When I went in he yanked out the tube without warning me! So painful, then he had me turn over to do the other one! I would never go back, even the nurse looked shocked when he did that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for many years. He is a fine ENT, he really cares about his patients' needs and he does excellent work. He shows great care and respect for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen for your ENT needs.

He is my favorite Dr and I have lots of Drs because I have Lupus. He is funny, and so quick that I never know what he's doing and then he is done! I have had many nasal endoscopes and steroid injections done to reduce inflammation in my sinuses. Now that I'm an existing patient, the office is able to get me in very soon. It's wonderful!
