No one picks up the phone. Leave a message... They'll call you back, maybe, probably while you are on another call. Never heard of a business that never picks up the phone. I stopped trying and just made an appointment elsewhere.
If you think it may be an allergy just go here. They fit me in MONTHS before anyone else because the receptionist actually listened to me. The doctor and nurse were both very kind, clear and helpful. I'm literally so relieved.
First appointment today. Met with Kathy and Dr frost. Kathy was kind and listened to everything I had to explain. Dr. Frost was kind and positive that we can find the reason for my allergic reaction. Making the appointment online was super easy and I was so happy I got in the next day. The staff is very friendly and understanding to my needs. I can not even start to say what amazing care from doctors and staff has been given to myself and son. We are truly grateful for having an outstanding doctor office like this in Sussex County,NJ I have suggested this care team to many people in need of care.
Very unprofessional . Called multiple times for pediatric appointment and left several messages. No one called back. Inconsiderate to patient care. Wont recommend
