First appointment today. Met with Kathy and Dr frost. Kathy was kind and listened to everything I had to explain. Dr. Frost was kind and positive that we can find the reason for my allergic reaction. Making the appointment online was super easy and I was so happy I got in the next day. The staff is very friendly and understanding to my needs. I can not even start to say what amazing care from doctors and staff has been given to myself and son. We are truly grateful for having an outstanding doctor office like this in Sussex County,NJ I have suggested this care team to many people in need of care.
Very unprofessional . Called multiple times for pediatric appointment and left several messages. No one called back. Inconsiderate to patient care. Wont recommend
Called to make an appointment, was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally speak to receptionist and right away do you have insurance, What kind ? by employer? What's your insurance #? ... I asked do you have issues with people with no insurance there or something, I noticed on your site MUST bring insurance card to every visit etc.... Just totally rude wanted to put me back on hold again... Not happening ill drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid rude staff !!
