Took my 9-month-old baby to Dr. David for an allergy. Front desk wasn’t friendly. The doctor stopped my baby from touching a wall painting immediately and said, “Don’t touch the art,” which felt unnecessary for such a young child. Worse, the prescription was never received by the pharmacy even after two tries, and no one in the office answered our calls. Very disappointing follow-up.
I went to Dr Fost a couple of years ago and I broke out on my back It was like I had a second back I cried and not cried so my doctor told me to find me a allergy doctor so I looked up and I seen him. When I went to him I was crying and they took the test and they said I was allergic to something but they couldn't pinpoint it so he said don't worry Mrs Mickens I'm going to take care of you and I'm going to get rid of it so I had to take two shots for 8 months every month and after that I was good as new. Dr. David Fost is caring, attentive and beyond knowledgeable. My only office concern is the new check in system where patients have to select themselves from the appointment screen/list which is visible to everyone. Surely there's a hipaa issue there. 🤦
The doctors a wonderful. The nurses are also wonderful. The only drawback is trying to make an appointment. A human does not answer the phone, it's an IVR. When you want to schedule an appointment, it tells you to press 1 and if you can, no one picks up. You get a recording saying to leave your information and someone will get back to you. It's extremely frustrating to never speak to a person and to rely solely on your keypad for pressing numbers only to not reach a person.
