Everyone has been very kind and compassionate.
I had a very positive experience with all the people in the office! I would like to see the office let a new patient know where to park and what doors to enter. With it being part of Promedica, a person could do an awful lot of walking! My GPS took me to the back of the hospital and I saw no signage to tell me where to go.
