After 5 years of doing allergy shots with them, they made me go to Hays to the pick up my serums. Once there, they refused to give them to me unless my cardiologist changed my medication then they turned around and charged my insurance for serums I never received. It was such a bad experience I decided to stop my allergy shots. Would not recommend to anyone after all the problems I’ve had with them.
