Rude staff 1) Came in one day and they were not prepared and cancelled my appointment after I spent an hour driving in. Ok, mistakes happen. Love the doctor and her expertise as well for the level of care and caution she provides her patients. The shot clinic runs efficiently due to an appointment system. But the office management makes it difficult to be a patient there. No voicemail or email, so no ability to leave messages over the weekend or during the hour they take lunch. This means if you have a Monday appointment and you find out over the weekend that you need to reschedule, you just better plan on eating the $35 missed appointment charge. I've been coming to Dr. Joo ever since she took over the practice and she is the best doctor I've ever been to (and her predecessor set the bar very high)! She treats the "whole person" not just whatever current symptom you have and she always goes above and beyond for her patients. I trust the medical (and life!) advice she gives and I don't know what my family would do without her! The whole office environment is wonderful too. I have referred countless friends and family to Dr. Joo!
