Don’t waste your time and money going here. Dr De Luca has no patient care. In for 2 minutes, no interest, doesn’t like questions and we are the type that don’t ask many. I was completely gob smacked when my 18 yo asked about chest tightness she was experiencing whilst taking immunotherapy and his sarcastic response was - you’re not going to have a heart attack??? Terrible communication. Was told they had received our referral and confirmed to our Bendigo pediatrician receptionist they received it. I called to ask if we were on a waitlist or how long till we have a consultation and found out they never have received and accepted our referral.
Waste us four months for nothing!
