I came to this allergy office after seeing providers at a large hospital where my needs, especially around scheduling and logistics, were not being met. This is based purely on a phone conversation inquiring about an appointment. I believe I was here about 7-10 years ago, but the man on the phone told me I was not. He asked me for the name of the doctor I saw, and I let him know that I don't remember, as I was only there to get allergy testing done. I let him know that when I saw this clinic on Google, I recognized the building as the one I went to. I had a series of allergy testing here and the entire experience was most satisfying from the receptionist’s warm welcome to the timeliness of being seen. The nurse explained the testing procedure thoroughly and administered it with competence. Dr. Lax reviewed the results with me, taking the time to explain options, seeking my thoughts, questions and input.
