Good customer service. The products work as advertised. I use the Furnace Filters and Honeywell Hepa Filters for my Air Purifiers. The Furnace Filters are less expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. Buy one pack and that lasts you one year. I have been using them for the past 8 years and have had zero negative issues
