Dr Covington, Keisha and Cindy are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I had a wonderful experience and will be getting my shots in Clayton weekly! The office is clean and they are very efficient in every way. You feel like family instantly! Highly recommend!
Not time efficient. I waited almost 1 hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I was showed no sympathy. Additionally, I was sent elsewhere for bloodwork due to lack of organization and poor time management. I am not satisfied.
Please do not waste your time. Having a conversation with the DR. was literally painful!! My daughter's primary referred her because of an allergic rash. She wanted the full work up of possible allergies. He only wanted to check to see if she is allergic to red meat. 3% in the world are! I needed help and that is all I got. We ended up leaving and going my child's ped. doctor around the corner and they did blood work for food allergens. Office location: the clinic is behind the "Fit for Life Gym." This is an important landmark that the clinic staff told me about when my ENT Doctor referred me here - in July 2025 Google Maps wasn't great about showing the clinic location. Anyway, the office is small but the staff is friendly. I'm a new patient, starting allergy shots.
We waited 6 months for a new patient appointment. We arrived on the appointment day and then had to wait 90 minutes to see the doctor. When I questioned the nursing staff they stated this is not unusual, so plan to spend the day if you take a chance with this office.
