We waited 6 months for a new patient appointment. We arrived on the appointment day and then had to wait 90 minutes to see the doctor. When I questioned the nursing staff they stated this is not unusual, so plan to spend the day if you take a chance with this office.
I have lived with severe asthma and eczema most of my life. The best doctors in NY just gave me medicine after medicine. Nothing worked. When I came to this clinic I was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing doctor who truly showed he cared. His office staff are like family. I have been coming here for a year and a half. I get weekly allergy shots. My asthma is under control with less medicine, AND my eczema is finally being treated properly. I am a nurse so I am very choosy and critical about health matters. One of the most pleasant medical visits I've ever had! The staff are fantastic - personable, friendly, efficient - and Dr. Covington was literally the nicest ever. They were great about explaining the processes and being transparent about pricing. I got answers to all my questions and have a plan to deal with my allergies! Great medical practice
I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible place and rude receptionist. Will never go back here again!!!
Y'all, I was so worried after reading reviews here. I have chronic issues and see a variety of doctors at least twice a week. There was a typical 30 min wait before being called back. The office had a constant rotation of patients and 6/10 seats full. The receptionist is beyond nice, which is highly unusual in doctor offices. Doctor Covington listened and responded to all of my questions. He wasn't able to help with the metal allergy testing I need, so I was referred to another office and not charged a copay.
