I called to set up a new patient appointment with my daughter who is showing severe reactions to salmon - she said they were booked months out and when I said it was fine that’s schedule at any office at the soonest time she told me she’d have to call me back the next day because they were “too short staffed to make a new patient appointment” even thought she already had all my information. I couldn’t be any happier with such a professional group of people. Dr. Patal is knowledgeable and is by the book which I appreciate. Educated me on how immunotherapy works and once you are set to start you can just walk In to receive your shots and wait 30 minutes in case you have a reaction. I highly recommend this clinic!

My son suffered tremendously before he started treatment with Dr. Bagg. He so much better, with full lung capacity now. We also have a good understanding of what exactly he is allergic to. Dr. Bagg is informative and patiently helped us come up with a plan tailored to my sons specific needs. I would recommend this facility.

They made us wait for an hour and a half. The administration staff is pretty rude over the phone. Dr Patel is ok, but actually, they performed the skin test just to tell me (after doing it) that it was not very reliable since my kids were too young (3 and 5 years old). So why did they do it being that aggressive for a small kid? We left with the exact same indications and med that our pediatrician had prescribed. Waste of time, money, energy. Wouldn't go back or recommend it.
