I had a great experience. They took me right back at my appointment time. The front desk and nurse were both very friendly. Dr. Bagg was very knowledgeable and explained my results. I would recommend them.

I have been taking my son to this office since he was 18 months old. The staff is always welcoming and patient with my son, who experiences sensory challenges. Dr. Bagg is always so kind to my son and makes modifications to his treatment plan based off of what my son needs and how he handles each challenge. The appointments typically start on time. I moved roughly 45 minutes away and continue to come to this office because of the care my son receives even though there are other allergist closer.

Not a great experience, I was having terrible swelling episodes, so I had all these tests done, and all he had to say was that he didn’t really know what it was and it might’ve been the chapstick I use. I’ve had this swelling on other places around my body so that was a weird response, I would’ve thought if he didn’t know then maybe he would suggest someone more specialized in swelling and such. Don't trust anything they say about pricing. I was really excited into an allergy treatment because they said it would be something around $10 per injection. As soon as I started, boom, $300 per month in vials plus $13 per injection for a 12 month treatment. Also, everytime I ask for transparency and they tell me there are no more payments or bills, but guess what, there always are.
