I honestly didn’t have the best experience here. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff didn’t feel very welcoming. When I saw Dr. Jose Arias, I left feeling disappointed. I felt like my concerns weren’t really heard, and the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. I also felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to his staff — his tone came across as harsh and unprofessional. It’s never a good feeling to see that kind of interaction in a healthcare setting.

Patient Review: This office is horrible, front desk employees and billing employees are the absolute worst. Very rude, they don't want to work, and are useless. Visited the office more than 1.5 weeks ago and still waiting for the claim to be submitted to my insurance, can't provide a super bill, and super rude about responding to our questions. Front desk rush us through the phone or even in person whenever we ask questions. We definitely won't be back and will open an official BBB complain againest this office.

Extremely rude staff who answer phones for appointments. Additudes for no reason. Called a total of 8 times to make an appointment. Left voicemail and calls where never returned.

I have had nothing but the best experience with this practice! I’ve had the hardest time finding a specialist that actually cares and gets to the root cause of a problem. My daughter has suffered with chronic eczema flares that are beyond description and very painful. We’ve seen dermatologist and allergist in the past but none compare to what Dr. Warit Jithpratuck has done to clear and relieve her from her severe condition.
