All I was trying to do is make an appointment. The person name (Arie) was short rude and unprofessional. I don't like to make these type of reviews but customer service is a huge deal to me. And it starts when you pick up the phone. When you are in the health field it is so important to be kind and patient. Unfortunately if you don't acquire people with common courtesy and kindness you will remain with a 2.9 review. It's so sad. I was excited to meet Dr. Jose Arias 😞
Fantastic team! Dr. Warit truly cares about his patients. I have been his patient for about 5 years and he always does everything he can to go the extra mile. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. Wish I could give more than 5 🌟 s!
Great place to come too ! Especially for younger kids
Although the front desk are amazing dr Arias was very rude and disrespectful he was asking me questions about my medications didn’t let me explain anything how he gets upset cause he ain’t do his job I’m always at the pharmacy not one time did they tell me they had a inhaler for me than one of them the insurance did not cover he’s rolling his eyes at me and tells me well get it over the counter like no why should I when I have insurance you should be prescribing medication that my insurance cover so I said I’m not dealing wi... read more
