This is an amazing office ! It was my first time going to this location for my skin test. everyone was sooooo kind, warm, and welcoming! Jenny was so sweet and patient with me when I asked her a lot of questions! She was informative as well. Dr Jithpratuck was extremely knowledgeable!! He’s the sweetest doctor ever! Dr. Bagg is great doctor! So as Dr. Jithpratuck. Both very knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Bagg helped me once other two previous doctors in other offices could figure it out. So grateful for being referred to this doctor! Nurses are great too! The only problem I had is with one lady at front desk in a glasses with her curly hair up, I do not know her name. She is always rude, never listens and talked over visitors. She charged me double for my visit stating I have a balance from the past which I paid and have receipt for. ... read more

All I was trying to do is make an appointment. The person name (Arie) was short rude and unprofessional. I don't like to make these type of reviews but customer service is a huge deal to me. And it starts when you pick up the phone. When you are in the health field it is so important to be kind and patient. Unfortunately if you don't acquire people with common courtesy and kindness you will remain with a 2.9 review. It's so sad. I was excited to meet Dr. Jose Arias 😞
