This place is shady. I went here for over 2 years to get my allergy shots and never missed a dose. There were multiple occasions where I was told my dose had changed because I’d not come in the month prior even though I had. They said “whoops someone may have just forgotten to mark you down”. Huh that’s super professional? My final time going in I informed them I would be losing access to health insurance and I would let them know when I would be ready to continue my treatments. Dr Khalid is a good doctor but his office’s cancellation fee policy is out of hand. Charging people $45 for not being able to come in when the weather is icy and not safe to drive. I wont be receiving care there again.
Lots of turnover. We had lots of problems during a recent turnover of employees with insuring my son’s medication were actually ready. A couple times my son drove across town to an appointment to find out his medication had not been ordered, or delivered on time. When we first start seeing the doctor, we had a specific goal in mind, and the doctor went off the rails on an alternate line of care that had nothing to do with our goals. Everyone in that office is kind and genuine. Dr. Khalid will literally do all he can to help you! I'm not exaggerating...these are really great people that know how to help. I'm lucky to have this team on my side.
This is actually my second doctor that I had to see me about all of the medical issues I've been having. I cannot tell you how much of a blessing it has been to come across him. My first doctor brush me off like it was Not a big deal and just something I had to deal with. That has not been the case with dr. Khalid.
