I came in for CSU in October of 2025 and the allergist asked me what I wanted him to do about it because I’ll never know what’s wrong with me. That I shouldn’t bother because I can manage with medication. I understand I have an idiopathic condition but some bedside manners would’ve been nice. Very terse and flippant. I’m the one suffering through this. I paid to be talked down to and they didn’t even run a test or go over options. Waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

Dr Khalid and his staff made me very comfortable. Everyone was knowledgeable and Dr Khalid answered any questions or concerns I had about my allergies. I look forward to my next appointment

Dr Khalid is a good doctor but his office’s cancellation fee policy is out of hand. Charging people $45 for not being able to come in when the weather is icy and not safe to drive. I wont be receiving care there again. had been a patient here without issues until recently, but my experience with their billing and cancellation policies has been extremely disappointing. This place is shady. I went here for over 2 years to get my allergy shots and never missed a dose. There were multiple occasions where I was told my dose had changed because I’d not come in the month prior even though I had. They said “whoops someone may have just forgotten to mark you down”. Huh that’s super professional? My final time going in I informed them I would be losing access to health insurance and I would let them know when I would be ready to continue my treatments.
