I thought Dr Prasad would be helpful but he was far from jt! He was very dismissive of my symptoms and told me to go call the Mayo clinic instead of helping me. So apparently he is only there to collect an office visit fee. Such a waste of time!!! He wouldn't listen to what was currently happening on how things have changed over the years and even WALKED OUT THE ROOM AS I WAS TRYING TO ASK QUESTIONS!!! What kind of doctor does this? I have been going here for years! I suffered from allergies to everything and no longer experiencing anything like I did before coming here. The staff are all awesome and Dr. Prasad really cares.
They just told me in order to set an appointment I had to pay a deposit of 50 dollars. I would be a new patient and have NEVER been to this office for myself.
LOVE LOVE LOVE! The care I receive is impeccable. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Dr. Prasad is the best. I moved to the area almost three years ago and was referred by my PCP due to my history of allergies and asthma. I am so grateful for the attention to detail Dr. Prasad as well as the staff gives to each patient. I had to stop my visits for a brief period and they called to check on me as to why I hadn’t been in the office. The only reason I gave this office more than one stars is because of the long relationship I HAD with this specific office. I have been treated here since I was a little girl due to my long history of extreme asthma and allergies. I was satisfied Until recently. The office staff/clerk failed to check my medical insurance deductible until 30 mins prior to my appointment.
