I scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughter back in July for the beginning of September. received a message that the canceled 1 week before my daughter's appointment because they didn't take her insurance. i called and let them know they had two months to let me know that
Used to be great, takes about 30min to get allergy shots even in an empty office because everyone is just gossiping, and they get upset with you when you ask if it’ll be much longer and tell you it’s your fault that you decided to come at that day and time (even though the office is only open Tuesday and Thursday from specific times and shot times at this location). Love it! In and out in time for work. Yolanda is super professional and efficient. Really appreciate that.
Desk staff is rude and for some reason it takes 30 minutes to get ready to give me 3 shots. Used to be nice and quick but this new staff acts like they don't want to be there. Joking around while I'm waiting to be called back.
You will not be seen on your appointment time, they are always 40+ mins behind. They don’t explain testing, they request you sign blank forms for ‘just in case’ and don’t value the time of the patient. See another provider; it’s not worth the frustration.
