If your seeking an office that you can get ahold of. This office is not for you. I have called this office numerous times and haven’t gotten through at all. For example, my newest adventure was calling them today about 8:33AM, I left a voicemail, it’s currently 4PM I haven’t heard back. But this is far from the worst. We have been with Dr. Rais for over 7 years. My daughter has narcolepsy and sleep apnea and he has been the best provider we had to address her multiple complex issues. His is responsive to emails and text and his staff always calls me back with updates.

This office’s billing and administrative process is extremely frustrating. There is no option to pay your bill online, so you are forced to either mail a check or call the office. Unfortunately, getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. My account was sent to collections, yet no one at the front desk could tell me which collection agency received it. Unprofessional doctor, my appointment was for 1:00 and the doctor had me waiting until he finally rolled into the parking lot at 2pm….then continuously cut me off as I’m speaking. He didn’t want to be there, and I never went back.
