Unprofessional is an understatement. They have very limited operating hours, which is /fine/, but even if you call during the right hours doesn't mean anyone will actually take your call. Trying to call to pay your bills on time and get your prescriptions filled (especially if you're taking something restricted like stimulants) is a nightmare. 1st time being there. We arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, I started to fill their forms out and they mumbled so badly I repeated many times I can not hear you. They just kept mumbling. They called me by an incorrect name. I corrected them at least 6 times to no avail. Very rude they continued to call me by an incorrect name. They also called me back to the counter 4 addition times to fill more paperwork out that I should have been given the first time. When I originally tried to set up an appointment with this place, it took me four phone calls. I went to my appointment, miraculously he looked at me and told me I have sleep apnea did allergy study on me and scheduled me for an in lab sleep study. received a call two weeks prior to my scheduled time only to find out my insurance won’t cover it so then they wanted me to do a home sleep study called twice 72 hours prior to, to see if I could switch from a Friday night to Thursday night to pick up my stuff. Would not recommend this place for anyone. Getting a sleep study here took me 9 months of back and forth with the doctors office, insurance company, 2 cancellations with scheduled sleep studies (techs weren't there both evenings, cancellations would push it out an additional month.) .. I can continue in the fact that it's been 3 months since I have received my prescription to even get feedback from the DME supply this office chooses...
