I waited approximately 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. When I scheduled this appointment, I was specifically told that both the food allergy testing on my back and the environmental allergy testing on my arms would take about one hour total. The receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. She doesn't present well to the public as the first impression for this business. Sorry folks but you lost the opportunity to serve us.

The lady at the front desk was rude. But, I let that go. Kelly was extremely nice. Then, we see the doctor, and never in my life have I experienced a doctor being so short tempered, aggressive, and pushy. He treated my 89 year old grandmother like an idiot. He got a pass from me not cussing his behind out because I was running on 1 hour of sleep. The rude lady at the front desk had to of been his daughter. Because that kind of rudeness is taught.

My service has been fine. I'm only giving 1 star beacuse of the change in hours. They used to open at 7:30 am, now they open at 8 am. The nurses don't show up until 7:58. This makes my child late to school every week.
