Wow. I had an appointment at 11am on 12/19 and got a babysitter and did everything I needed to to make my appointment on time. Got a call that they couldn't see me until 1pm that day. Got there at 1 and paid for a babysitter for 3 more hours. Can yall PLEASE move the sign or get a new one for the building. It was nearly impossible to find WHICH building was the right one which ended up making me late for my appointment.
I have had two appointments and both have been completely unprofessional. Day One: no one bothered to tell the doctor I was waiting in the room. I sat there for an hour until I had to get up and asks why no one had been in yet. The looks on their faces said everything and when the doctor finally came in she said, "sorry about your wait I didn't know you were here." She sent me for blood work, had me schedule a follow up for two weeks, and left the room. I heard her when she left the room and tell them I was ready for checkou... read more
