I recently started seeing Dr. Jacobson and have been extremely impressed with the care he provides. He truly takes his time with each patient — my appointments have never felt rushed, and he spends a good 30 minutes listening, explaining treatments thoroughly, and answering every question. Dr. Jacobson is excellent in his field of work. We took our 7 week old son for a suspected milk allergy. We were new patients and the entire process was so pleasant! The front desk staff was wonderful and so helpful. We initially were not able to see the doctor for 1 month, but then the staff called back and they were able to bump our appt up to the next day or so. I have never been to a doctor who was as thorough as Dr. J was he helped to correctly diagnose my daughter and was very honest about the course of treatment.
Dr. Jacobson is a patient and knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to explain the causes of anaphylactic shock to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood. He is one of the best doctors I've ever met.
