The Canandaigua location is absolutely terrible when it comes to the way the nursing staff speaks to the patients and this is being allowed! Their hours of operation are also not super friendly for people that work in the medical field and have similar hours. My husband and I have been going to this location for years now and it never used to be like this. The providers and nursing staff go above and beyond when it comes to patient care. They are extremely attentive and provide the utmost care when dealing with difficult situations. My son struggled with what was needed for testing, the nurse Sarah went above and beyond with providing him comfort and understanding with the situation. The providers are extremely diligent when addressing unique situations to be sure they can rule out everything this way you can be treated appropriately. Update: About a week after I posted this review, the office manager (Cory?) called with an ultimatum to remove the review or find another office. They refused to give me enough time to observe if change resulted from my feedback. Normal channels had been tried - although I had reached out through the office about these concerns for over a year, there continued to be problems.
