Update: About a week after I posted this review, the office manager (Cory?) called with an ultimatum to remove the review or find another office. They refused to give me enough time to observe if change resulted from my feedback. Normal channels had been tried - although I had reached out through the office about these concerns for over a year, there continued to be problems. This place is the absolute best! Getting my allergy shots might be a hassle but those lovely ladies back there jab me in the arms with absolute tenderness and we always have a good laugh. They make monthly shots easy and well worth it!
