Haven't had any major problems here, my main issue is that the office hours are incredibly inconvenient. Tuesday is the only day that I can usually make work, but if I can't for whatever reason that week, then the other days are hard to fit into my schedule. Especially because I now live 35-40 minutes away, it's not like I can just easily pop in. It's hard to get an appointment and then they kept us waiting for more than an hour for the doctor. Even after correcting important details in the medical history, they continued to get it wrong. Overall a terrible experience.
Dr kohli is phenomenal and caring, she takes her time with each patient. Those that want a fast food drive thru experience would do best to find a lesser doctor because Dr. Kohli is amazing and thorough with everyone.
