As a two year patient, care was good. After a move across the Midwest, transferring care from this allergist to the next has been an absolute nightmare. (Records transfer, communication between this office and new allergist, shot formulary, etc.)

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. After developing a severe eye infection from apparently touching something nasty at a local restaurant, I could not see out of one eye. These caring professionals at AAI examined and assessed my situation, determining it was not an allergic reaction but instead an acute infection. They made phone calls on my behalf to get me into an ER with Ophthalmology on board so I could get the acute eye help I needed. I decided to go elsewhere and NOT to take my children to Dr Winns office due to the $250 no show fee associated with his office. It’s winter time and anything is possible and I don’t think that is a reasonable request, and honestly concerns me about the rest of his costs for services. I truly understand the aggravation with cancelled appointments, but I’m sure that the profit that he’s making outweighs his cancelled appts losses. Greed.
