I have been getting allergy shots at Dr. Wins AAIC clinic for over 10 years. There are constantly new people giving the shots. Recently, they changed a policy about taking premedications, I was told conflicting instructions. Last month, a technician said, don’t take your premeds, this month, they said, take your premeds, or no shot. As a two year patient, care was good. After a move across the Midwest, transferring care from this allergist to the next has been an absolute nightmare. (Records transfer, communication between this office and new allergist, shot formulary, etc.)
