Staff is awesome and very welcoming. Facility was clean, ample parking and hours of operation amazing for working people. I’ve been of patient since 2019, of Dr. Chu, he’s caring and attentive to my allergy issues. I highly recommend the South Tampa and USF office.
AVOID THIS PRACTICE Negative stars if I could. They do not care about you. They only care about your money.
Dr. Pepper is nice and realistic lady but that’s about it. Unfortunately she brushed off all my past experiences aside from unrelated surgery I had and focused on that. In addition claiming my symptoms for not even allergy related. As we as not recognizing the severity of my claims. And tried to prescribe me medications that my regular physician already prescribed. So if you have any unique allergies/ symptoms I don’t recommend her. Also if you have Oscar insurance, after the first visit they only take off 30% of your deduct... read more

The Dr’s are great the nuSo great the doctors are great The nurses are good. But the lady at the reception needs to retire! I just cringed when she answers the phone or when we have to deal with her at all I think my God why hasn’t she retired yet I cannot stand her she’s so rude and so grouchy! Just seeing her or having to talk to her on the phone looks like nails against the chalkboard.
