If I could give zero stars I would. This practice is horrendous. I don’t know how long I had to wait for an appointment for them to just throw me around and leave me in the office for I don’t know how many hours my son is three years old and they expected him to be a certain way and he was scared and the doctor was rude to him. I urge anyone who may be considering care at AAIACF to strongly reconsider. They are chronically low staffed. The turnover is incredibly high. It’s astounding the frequency at which they are closing locations making it incredibly difficult to get weekly/monthly allergy shots. They do not even notify patients of office closures.
Terrible. Understaffed. They never answer their phones. I left them in Feb 2023 and I have been trying to get them to transfer records since then. No luck, so I can't get allergy shots at my new provider (Oct. 2023).
It took me a while to finally write something, however, I believe it deserves to be mentioned because I’m quite frankly tired. I urge you to reconsider before stepping foot into any of AAICF offices. I’ve been Dr. Anderson’s patient since 2019, and I’ve never had issues with a doctors office until I have came across this one. Not a very good practice. They sent a simple prescription to a fraudulent online pharmacy. They don't answer the phones well and have to worst hours even for Dr. standards.
