Dr. Xie and the nurses that took care of me today were fantastic. The front desk staff isn’t very friendly. When I walked in, one receptionist wouldn’t even look up, the other just stared at me for about 1 minute as I stood there confused wondering if someone would help me (new patient) and then quietly said “yes?”. When I was in the back I heard them being super friendly to other patients though…

I very rarely leave reviews, but I can’t help myself. If I can get an appointment I’ll give an updated review. I have tried calling 6+ times over the past few days… I’ve sat on hold for collectively an hour, been disconnected, and was last told they’d call me back to schedule… still waiting.
Do not pay attention to the low reviews on here. They make no sense considering the one was an instance where that individual should have went to the ER…. Anywho… Dr. Xie is awesome! She spent a ton of time on my appointment and did not refer me elsewhere like previous UPMC providers. I am set up for allergy appointments and my concerns and questions are answered. Thank you so much!!
Had several severe asthma attacks, so I called his office to make an emergency appointment. I was told Dr. Lynn moved to California and only has telephone calls with patients on Monday evenings. I was disappointed Dr. Lynn didn't notify his patients. The office said Dr. Lynn didn't send out official notifications to his patients.
