Shawanda who works the phones/front desk, and schedules appointments has got to be the most unprofessional, and rude medical professional (I use the word professional as loosely as possible) I have ever come across at any doctors office. Don’t expect her to get in any hurry to answer the phone, take you off hold, be interested in why you’re even calling, or something as simple as recalling your name. RecommendedHave been going to him for 10 years and he is fantastic. He considers me part of the care team. Jennifer Boon spent hours on getting an insurance issue solved. 5 stars
I don’t know why all the bad reviews!!! They always sent an email when they would shut early. I never had a problem with that! And Dr. Olmstead is very caring and spent much time going over my symptoms. I am much better now on better allergy meds! He is very knowledgeable about environmental allergies. His staff is nice too. I have been going there for 6 years and had immunotherapy treatment for 4 years.
This office is the worst!! The front office staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Then Jennifer the nurse is so rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Olmstead is rude, and doesn't explain anything. He made me feel like my concerns were stupid. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone!
Not very accommodating for scheduling, while working with a small business owner! They can not accommodate me between two offices or two doctor's for allergy testing it has to been done at 8 something or 1 something or on Wednesday afternoon only and only at Garland office. Considering finding some else that can accommodate my schedule
Twice this month I have come to get my shots only to find that the Rockwall office had closed early without notice (I have to take off work to get there during shot hours), the first time I checked the website to make sure there were no special hours that day, the second day (today) I called at 1:45 to confirm that they were open and Chris said “yes normal hours, we stop giving shots at 4:00”, well I show up at 3:35 and a note on the door says “we close at 2:30 today, sorry for the inconvenience”.
