Every time I call to book an appointment they don't pick up and the office is closed. I missed my last one months ago and I've been trying to reschedule with no one to reach 😔
I got halfway done filling out paperwork and the the one nurse says, my kids need a mask on. I told them they are special needs kids that they have medical problems. They would need a doctors note to tell them that. All they had to do was call their doctor instead of us wasting our time driving all the way over. They also said to have an adult. I didn’t understand that. I was the adult. Not all families have two parents. So, it was a waste of time. Very rude staff.
They were great with my young son.
I was back today for an appointment. Always very courteous and helpful
Jane the receptionist was RUDE and very short with me. I was asking questions and not only did she catch an attitude with me, but she hung up on me. She should loose her job because she probably is driving away patient's.
