Great personality and investigates and treats instead of gaslighting MCAS patients!
Dr Hartel was very thorough and suggested a skin test for allergies. I hadn't had a test in 8 years. He also explained the nitrogen test which he decided I should take over because I had taken beet root powder shortly before the test and that adds nitric oxide to the blood and it might have skewed the test. Thank you
I always have great experiences seeing Dr. Hartel at his AAIR offices! He’s so warm and knowledgable about the histamine/mast cell issues I’ve developed. He’s been invaluable prescribing regular and compounded and biologic medications, tweaking my daily over the counter meds, and adjusting my low histamine diet. I was so nervous to start Xolair injections but the staff was so nice and helpful as they watched me in-office for adverse reactions. A+ doctor!
Staff is very polite & professional. The Doctor is even better. He is always pleasant, upbeat, friendly & incredibly knowledgeable of my symptoms. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HARTEL for any Asthma /Allergy symptoms. You won’t be disappointed. BEST Dr EVER!
