I would stay as far away from this office as you can. Not only is the front reception desk staff completely condescending and rude, but the admit to not sending paper bills out so patients know their balance then will send your account to collections. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Beware this office won't let you switch providers once you see one. You call to get an appt and you're desperate to get in sooner rather than later, so you go with whom you can. It would have been nice to know upfront that once you commit you can't change. I didn't particularly like Dr Warrier, I felt he dismissed my concerns about my child. I wanted to try Dr Vitale but they refuse to let me schedule with her. They would rather me transfer records elsewhere. What kind of patient care is that?? Horrible.
Granted the weather is bad this week but I’ve called up three days now and they promised me they’d be open and every time the door was locked and lights off even after confirming that they’d be open. I’m extremely frustrated.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with this office. I requested to switch to another provider after seeing one a few times. My primary doctor also recommended that I switch but the office wouldn’t allow me to do so. Apparently it’s against their policy. Ridiculous that my primary doctor and myself aren’t allowed to choose who is providing me treatment at this office. They definitely lost a patient on that one.
Extremely efficient friendly staff. Dr Warrier is good at listing and asking questions to fully understand your situation. Goes over all your treatment options and makes sure all your needs are met.
