Office administrator and all office staff are rude and irresponsible. Please be aware and check with your insurance provider if they are a in your network. DO NOT Take office word for it or information they put on their website. They take no responsibility over it!!!! Office Admin confirmed me twice they are in network and it also states on their website (BCBS). Thanks God, I scheduled my second visit a month later.
