My son and I get our allergy shots here and see Dr. Ruth for regular visits. We couldn’t be happier. Every single member of the office staff is overly friendly, concerned about our concerns, and has never made either of us feel as we were an inconvenience! Front desk lady is awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the girls giving the injections awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Dr.Ruth awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had a great experience with Dr Onder and his NP, Ruth. They were both kind and understanding about the symptoms I was experiencing and even were able to give me some answers today and advice on what I can do to help alleviate the symptoms. They are also doing some more in depth testing that I will have definite answers in just a few days. Everyone was nice to deal with from the lady at the front desk to all the nurses. Extremely thorough and I’m really glad I found them!
This place is a total sham and they are completing insurance fraud! This place decided to mix an allergy solution for me after not seeing me for six months. They continue to send a bill and no one will return my calls when I call to dispute it. I have has several other issues like billing over the allowable they have set with the insurance for my Xolair shots. I work in medical billing and this is insurance fraud. Very thorough and nice!
We’ve had a great experience so far. It would be great to have more options for later hours during the week for the allergy shot kiddos. But everyone is super nice and helpful.
