Dr. Fleekop and his staff were truly wonderful which is why I can't understand what has happened to his practice. My pharmacist called to get a refill on of my prescriptions and I received a phone message from an employee of the practice that is replacing him that he, in fact, retired and that I needed to set up a new patient appt with one of their doctors if I wanted my meds refilled. Wow. I literally had no idea Dr. Fleekop retired in July!!!!! This is October and I'm just being told by a new practice. This new practice ha... read more

Dr. Fleekop had to search on the internet for everything we talked about. Furthermore, when we tried to schedule a follow-up appointment with the receptionist, they were extremely rude to us. When we said that the proposed time didn't work, the receptionist bluntly said "Thank you for your business" and hung up! What kind of customer service is that?
Was referred to see Dr. Fleekop by my pulmonologist. When called to schedule appointment was told that they refuse to see me because I don’t have secondary insurance (Medicare is my main), even though I agreed to pay cash upfront to cover it. They don’t care about wellbeing of the patients, it’s all about money. Shame
