The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Couch came out to the waiting room to greet me. I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time and effort to do this. We went into his office; I talked about why I was there to see him. He listened, I had allergy tests, then Dr. Couch made some suggestions as to what to take, until my next visit. I've been going to this practice for like 20 years. In December, I was approved for AHCCCS to cover my transportation. I am in a wheelchair and went through a great deal of effort to get there today to be told I couldn't be seen because they don't take AHCCCS. I told them that AHCCCS doesn't do secondary billing so they would only bill my primary. Nope they cover you for medical too so nope even though we won't bill them we can't see you because you have AHCCCS. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. Plus, I'... read more
