I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. They worked with me to make sure they got records that were transferred over. The front office ladies are so kind (rare to find these days). Doctor Gaefke was incredible, very patient with my little guy and so knowledgeable. I really appreciate her taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Very pleased with service. Entire staff very professional.
I have been using this clinic for myself & my children for 11 years, until today. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, I was told I need to pay a fee for a “no show” that I did, in fact, call to cancel with more than 24 hours notice. When I was treated like a liar and told I need to pay the fee or not be seen, I decided it’s time to find a new allergy clinic.
