Worth the drive from Mckinney. Dr. Jiang is AMAZING! A truly caring and experienced doctor. She has done MORE to figure out why our kiddo gets frequent ear and sinus infections, even more than Mayo did for us. She cultured her nasal mucus and found infection, has cultured ear, and is trying different strategies and not just opting for surgery and allergy shots, which messed her up a few years ago. Love her!
A medical receptionist duty or responsibility is to verify patient insurance .Why I been told to call my insurance to see if I am eligible for the coverage. I guest being lazy to do her job !
Dr Jiang is the best doctor. She is my son’s primary physician since he was born. We still visit her even after moving 40mins out of Richardson.

Dr Jiang is such a sweet & kind physician. She helped diagnose and provide treatment for my 6 yr old son. Definitely recommend her if you have alittle ones .
