I've been going to this practice for like 20 years. In December, I was approved for AHCCCS to cover my transportation. I am in a wheelchair and went through a great deal of effort to get there today to be told I couldn't be seen because they don't take AHCCCS. I told them that AHCCCS doesn't do secondary billing so they would only bill my primary.
