I was referred to this location, just like everyone else in the reviews! They are very rude disrespectful have no concern of what your illness maybe. Front desk representations of this office hung up on me after asking for supervisor. Called back, when asked to speak with the supervisor it seemed like the same person answered acting like a manager. Nothing was resolved I'm still looking for allergy doctor. Not sure why the front desk staff is getting trashed on, those folks have been really sweet and kind to me and my whole family. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful as well as the staff.
Unfortunately like many here say, the front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. I had called for an appt for my mom. The receptionist treated as if I was taking up her time. At one point, there was questioning about her insurance. When I emphasized that I found them via the insurance provider network, she kept assuming I just found them on the 'internet' and they weren't sure. Dr Graves was very kind to me. But the reception staff, front end are TERRIBLE. No welcome, no hello, no acknolwedgment when you walk into the clinic. They will ignore you, as if you are troubling them by existing. Not friendly whatsoever. The first time I came here, the lady who took my height and weight was visibly disgusted by my tattoos, and talked about it loudly with other staff.
