My absolute favorite Allergy and Asthma Dr team, over the years I saw Dr Higgens-Larkey and Dr Graves. I felt they listened, respected me and provided great care. I was a long time allergy shot patient so had many interactions in the office. I am so sad they retired and closed. While I am in the care of a different allergist, I miss their care greatly compared to where I am now.
I generally love this team and this office! Every time I am there it is an enjoyable experience and I truly feel as though they care for my health. There are 1 or 2 receptions that are so rude and short with me whenever I call. Love going there- strongly dislike calling there.
Dr. Brummond is thorough, caring, and top notch, as is the nurse who assisted him and did my testing. However, I was greeted very rudely at reception and scolded for forgetting my mask. Also, when I made the appointment, I was not told that it would last 3 hours! While I appreciate the thoroughness of the appointment and testing, this was a very large block of time that I had not anticipated. Patients should be informed of the time commitment so they can plan accordingly.
Went here for two appointments. Reception first scolded me for not returning their calls and giving them my information only to realize that they confused me with another patient and gave me their paperwork. This was an appointment to renew my prescription. Instead of getting my medical history from my doctor they had me do two do rounds of intradermal tests to only re-prescribe the same medication I've been using for over 20 years. I've been going here since I was a young child, so I've known Dr Brummond my entire life, he is a fantastic doctor, and it's a great clinic. I've also seen Dr. Graves in recent years, and he is also a great doctor.
