SCAM! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, and don’t have an email address. They will send you automated bills that can’t be opened. Absolutely inexcusable.

Horrible medical place. How they are open still is beyond me. Booking is a pain. Then they messed up my allergy test that took hours. Wanting me to come back and “finish the test” then rebook for the next set of antibiotics. Now calling me over a year later saying they need my insurance information again because they can’t bill it. Well yeah it’s been over a year. Don’t waste your time or money there.

NIGHTMARE!! Refuse to give insurance company required medical info to get claim paid! - They RARELY answer the phone and never return voicemails. - Constantly changing locations and hours without telling patients. - Never send you the paperwork to sign for them to make the allergen medication so you can start allergy shots. - Employees ghost you in email correspondence trying to get a claim paid. - I've spent 4 months, at least 25 phone calls, half a dozen emails, a dozen texts with the OWNER, my insurance company called the... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Read the whole review! Talk about mismanagement! To schedule an appointment it’s via text only which isn’t the worst part. I was seen late 2024/early 2025. I asked at every appointment what my bill is so I could pay. My balance was always zero. I never received a bill. Then in August I was by the mall and stopped in and asked if I owe anything. The billing person told me I have a zero balance and that I’m good. 1 year later since the last date of service, March 2026 I get a text that I owe over $1220! I cal... read more
