Don’t waste your time with these people. Impossible to make an appointment. They promise to call you back and don’t, I have been trying for months to setup an appointment unsuccessfully
Horrible! I've been waiting for three months to get an appointment. Cannot call, it keeps hanging up on me. I made three televisit appointments, all three were cancelled! I am done with them
Idk what is going on with this clinic
If I could give it zero stars I would. My son has been out of his inhaler for weeks and I've called, emailed, the pharmacy has faxed three times and no one responds. Absolutely unacceptable.
The Medical assistants and Physician’s Assistant and nurses are kind and caring. They take their job seriously. The PA is knowledgeable. Almost impossible to contact the clinic by phone and billing is so slow. The building smells of horrible deodorizer as you walk in the door. It is pretty rough if you are reactive to fragrances. The allergy office smells ok, it’s the hall and the bathroom that are over deodorized. It is not perfect, but Im grateful to be getting some help with my allergies, sensitivitys and MCAS.
