I’m BEYOND frustrated. I went here once over a year ago to diagnose causes for my asthma and other related issues. I paid the bill that same week. Now, over a year later, I keep getting text messages that I have an overdue invoice. I’ve tried responding to the texts (like they recommended), I’ve tried calling the service lines, and I’ve tried their AI systems, and I haven’t gotten any responses. I do not know how anyone gets connected to this clinic. I have been calling for MONTHS to get my care plan and set up another appointment. I've sent texts and left voicemails. No one ever initially picks up the phone in any department. My patient portal is in read only mode and I can't access it, but no one will speak with me to fix that. Staff from check in to nurses to NP's have all been accommodating, kind and caring towards my son as he goes through this clinic for seasonal allergy shots. The staff are very attentive and always err on the side of caution. They do a great job educating us as the parents and patient. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are seeking allergy therapy.

The clinic staff have been wonderful. Front desk and nursing staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I have only met with PA via zoom twice while here, but most of my information for my allergy shots was previously established at another clinic so I only needed annual renewals for prescription. PA was very professional and listened to my needs. The only reason I would rate down the clinic is the way they manage there communcation systems that make it almost impossible to reach clinic staff.
