Got all my testing done, now ready for the allergy shots and I literally cannot get ahold of anyone. They do not answer the phones, at all. Short of showing up in person, I'm not even sure how to follow through on my treatment plan. It's been over a month since my last appointment with the provider, I think I probably just need to refer my records and go elsewhere instead of calling and leaving voicemail that is never returned
I used to be a patient at the Clackamas location before they closed. Although I switched to a different clinic for shots, I would get my bottles from them. This time, I’ve called, texted, emailed multiple times to get my allergy immunotherapy bottles from them with no response.
Important PSA for those frustrated with not being able to reach anyone: keep trying, it's worth it. You might also try walking in to the clinic to book. This is the first allergy clinic where the PAs have actually listened to my concerns and tested me for what I've asked for... I finally feel closer to getting some kind of answers. Every staff person I've interacted with has been very friendly and knowledgeable.
