Couldn’t find the place was calling for 10 minutes never answer the phone prior to this they would never answer super hard to get ahold of anyone it’s super frustrating when I arrived the front desk people have zero communication skills like they hate there job it was a weird experience bad vibes all around on top of waiting 35 minutes just to get called back ..
The communication is beyond chaotic. I am getting text messages from multiple different numbers which makes it hard to trust the integrity of the texts. I got a random text with just the name of the Beaverton clinic which I will avoid at all costs because I refuse to drive to Beaverton. But that's all the text said and it was like weird gitchy text and an email. I can't log into my portal despite resetting my password successfully. They never answer the phone or respond to messages. We need prescription refills, and they will not respond to the pharmacy. Terrible service!
I keep receiving email reminders about an amount due on account for a televisit copay and have been unable to make payment. After many attempts (no one answers phone for billing or front office) I finally got ahold of someone on the phone. They sounded highly unprofessional and told me no one had access to the patient portal (the only way to make payment online), couldn't take my payment over the phone, and that I would have to come in to the clinic to pay. Run, run, run as far away as you can from this garbage of a “company”!!!! Truly the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Do you want to call your medical clinic, this place it is impossible to speak to any person in any department! I’ve tried for months to get ahold of somebody in billing and have never received a call back let alone somebody just answering the phone!! This isn’t just billing, front desk is the same.
