When i was setting up an appointment to get the prick test I asked the person on the phone the cost. She said $70 for the appointment and $29/test and you have to get 10 tests at a time. I clarified at least 3 times that I wanted only 10 tests and that the cost would be $360 total. The test is done on my back, and they end up doing I think 60 tests. I was not sure what to rate as far as stars go because the staff is very friendly. On the other hand, I do not appreciate driving an hour each way to find out the clinic is closed by having to physically go up to the door and find it locked because there is nothing posted on the website, nor even a sign on the door as a warning of the closure.

Stay away if possible although there aren't that many options around here. First, they forgot about us for 40 minutes as we were waiting for a test (they apologized for that), now they are charging us 3x as much as what they have originally quoted over the phone, so paying over $700 out of pocket after all the premium insurance negotiations only to learn that our kid is really allergic to all grass and trees.

I had been a patient from the time six years ago. Was under care of two different allergists, and care seemed thoughtful. However, when an organization is unable to call your primary phone when you've asked for that multiple times, when it keeps sending scripts to the other Fred Meyer, and when a lack of communication/carefulness costs a person $700.00+ for two inhalers, and said I could have avoided that (pretty much untrue), I walked away.

They are very helpful and did great with a new patient like me. Appreciate all their assistance with the authorization of my prescriptions with a special pharmacy.
